Shrinking and
Cracking

Extreme-weather maintenance for roads & infrastructure has always been a challenge with concrete. Using AtlantisFiber™ effectively reduces overall cracking by 90%, reducing the overall build and lifespan-cost of a project. This benefits your long-term reputation and overall ROI.

Capital Cost Savings and
Infrastructure Resiliency

AtlantisFiber is an innovator of repurposed-fiber applications and our polymeric fiber concrete admixture is less expensive overall compared to hand-tied rebar, while still increasing the tensile strength many times. This translates into fewer project costs overall.

Seismic
Retrofit

NexGuard™ is an earthquake-resistant and very climate-tolerant fiber-blend that also reduces 70 percent of the cement used to make concrete with an eco-friendly byproduct instead. NexGuard™ exceeds all the benchmarks of steel-reinforced concrete.

Industrial
Applications

We source our fiber from a large network of recycling facilities spread across North America reducing our carbon footprint through the reduction of fuel energy and pollution. This makes AtlantisFiber™ ideal for industrial reinforced concrete projects.

Our
Core Mission

At AtlantisFiber™, we are committed to a continual engagement cycle which includes; research and development, real-time testing and proof of concept modeling and ultimately end-user logistics and support.

NEWS: What's New in 2023
Specializing In Synthetic Micro-Fiber Admixtures For Concrete

AtlantisFiber has been celebrated for its groundbreaking advancements in seismic retrofit and repair. AtlantisFiber’s flagship innovation, NexGuard™, is a thin-set coating derived primarily from industrial byproducts, engineered to enhance the durability and resilience of concrete and masonry structures. Key benefits encompass elongated structural longevity, seismic resistance, and significant carbon reductions.

  • Recent Advancements: In a monumental leap, AtlantisFiber has secured a collaboration with Lafarge Asphalt, prompted by their interest in leveraging AtlantisFiber's proprietary fiber admixtures for asphalt enhancement. The inaugural initiative is a 100-ton pilot project, set to roll out by the end of August 2023.
  • Activities: Alongside the pilot project's execution, intricate sensors will record variances across plain and fibre-reinforced asphalt segments. Paired with real-time data streaming to a dedicated
acquisition unit which will be placed and monitored by a dedicated team out of the University of British Columbia and led by Dr. Nemy Banthia, physical samples will also undergo rigorous scrutiny at The Heritage Group Labs Indianapolis.
  • Metrics & Expectations: Emphasis will be on multidimensional strain monitoring to glean
insights into deformation, fatigue endurance, and more. The project aspires to elevate asphalt quality via the integration of AtlantisFiber’s Recycled Tire Fiber (RTF) or EnviroGuard-100™, fostering sustainable, high-performance asphalt while ensuring cost efficiencies.
  • Partnerships: Collaborations underway with the Heritage Group Acceleration program promise diverse industrial applications and enhanced market outreach.
  • Extensions & Applications of SeismicFiber™: AtlantisFiber is probing an expanded product range, embracing domains such as extrusion and more. The potential of EHCC is multi-faceted, ranging from seismic retrofitting, retaining structures, and reinforced concrete formations, to modern innovations like 3D printing of modular infrastructures.

SeismicFiber’s elastoplastic flexibility presents an unrivalled opportunity for civil applications, supplanting conventional materials. With the synergies of AtlantisFiber's innovations and strategic partnerships, the future is promising for sustainable, resilient, and eco-friendly construction solutions.

Shrinkage control and seismic control in concrete are now available with our next generation of enhanced concrete specialty admixtures.

AtlantisFiber™ has developed two Synthetic Micro-Fiber blends, which are a result of cleaned and refined polymeric fibers sourced from repurposed tire fiber strands. This makes us the most environmentally sustainable product on the market.

Our Synthetic Micro-Fiber EnviroGuard–100™ and EHCC SeismicFiber™ blends hav been specifically developed to be used globally in all types of concrete and for all types of uses, including:
■ Parking lots
■ Roadways
■ Commercial Slabs-on-ground
■ Precast products
■ Pools and pool decks
■ Water retention tanks
■ Virgin shotcrete & shotcrete retrofitting
■ Tunnels and bridges
■ Blast and Impact Resistant Structures
■ 3-D printing
■ ... and more.
